We believe in more than just providing high-quality chicken; we believe in nourishing the people and partnerships that make Manitoba thrive.
No one in our province should go without fresh, healthy food. Caring for Communities officially launched July 2020, with the commitment of providing Harvest Manitoba with 1,000 chickens a week to help meet the on-going demand for a nutritious source of protein.
Through our long-standing partnership with Harvest Manitoba, our farm families donate over 52,000 chickens every year.
We are bringing the farm to the kitchen by supporting food and nutrition classes for students in Grades 6-12 in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
By providing fresh chicken and education resources to Manitoba schools, we help students understand the fundamentals of safe food handling, nutrition and meal prep.
